Dear Mr. Marcus: (U) This responds to DCI Document Request No. 10 (DR #10), dated 4 August 2003, issued by The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (the "Commission"). By agreement, this response is part of a "rolling" production in which the Central Intelligence Agency is providing documents to the Commission as soon as they are identified as responsive. (U) The first page of each enclosed document has been sequentially bates-stamped. In this, and all future document productions, the first digit of the bates-stamp identifies the specific DCI Document Request to which the document responds and the remaining digits refer to the document number. (U) Enclosed please find document Nos. 1000296 through 1000301, responsive to Item No. 4 of DR#10. Although, the Agency has already produced documents on this item, this material serves to follow-up on some of the questions posed by the Commission Staff during our 13 November 2003 status meeting.

Dear Mr. Marcus: (U) This is our latest response to Item No. 5 of DCI Document. Request No. 8 (DR #8),- dated 3 July 2003, issued by The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (the "Commission"). In your memorandum of 26 August 2003, you identify Item No. 5 as among the "most important categories of documents requested by the Commission." (U) The first page of each document covered by this production has been sequentially bates-stamped. In this, and all future document productions, the first two digits of the bates-stamp identifies the specific DCI Document Request to which the document responds and the remaining digits refer to the document number. (U) This production consists of documents that were originally included in the group of documents that are responsive to Item No. 5 of DR #8 and were produced to the Commission under cover of my 17 October 2003 letter to you.
