Developmental Report General Information This report contains all the " domains of learning" for children aged 2.5 to 6 year of age. The child will complete the entire Montessori primary 3-6 curriculum over a period of 4 years or at 6 at age whichever is early. This report will be retained at the school till the child completes the curriculum. The children in a Montessori Environment are assessed based on the mastery acquired to independently work explore material extensively placed in the Montessori classroom. The Developmental Report reflects the work done by the child and achievements of the child. All activities offered are an indirect preparation for reading, writing arithmetic, geometry, science, social sciences, art and culture which the child will pursue in the next plane of development (6 to 12 years of age) The child is helped to work with concrete experiences and is led to abstraction through exploration, work, manipulation and consolidation of experiences with the didactic material in the classroom. It is our endeavor to make learning experience a joy for the child to help the child learn through enquiry and discovery. All activities offered are to help your child achieve academic excellence
on the basis of the strong sensorial, concrete experiences offered during the most important period of development of the Human Intellect that is during Pre-School years.
