Yes USP is uniqueness, VP is what they offer.

A unique selling proposition (USP) is a statement about what makes you and your company different from other vendors. A value proposition is a clear statement of the tangible results a customer gets from using your products or services.

VP Because Jollibee offers food with just a smell you know its delicious.

USP When you go to SM you can see they got it all. They have something for rich people, they can eat it Max Fried Chicken and for those who can’t afford, you have Jollibee or KFC.

USP, because being without sauce makes it unique.

E. Evaluation Count off from 1 – 5. Then go to your respective groups and make a small circle. Group 1 and 2 will be on the right side. Group 3- 4 on the left and group 5 will be at the back. In your groups, you will make a poster with a USP and VP for the following businesses: Group 1 – Richard’s Hair Salon Group 2 – Dan Eric’s Ice Cream Group 3 – Ihawan ni Ka Loleng Group 4 – Club Balai Isabel Group 5 – San Guillermo Academy You will have 15 minutes to brainstorm and another 2 minutes for each group to present your posters.
