BUENSALIDA-BONETE FAMILYRECOMMENDATION I recommend that Ms. Margie Buensalida should be enrolled in our family health care program So that we can be able to manage and monitor her ilnesses from time to time. In Line with this, there are some psychological and environmental factors that have been contributed to her disease. Ms. Margie is single, jobless, and depressed. I do believe that we will not going to have a problem in terms of compliance of this family in terms of medication. The first time that Ms. Margie consulted our center and sought funds for her laboratories and medicines is a good sign that she is very willing to undergo program. The relatives and family members from abroad are potential source of funds for her medical management. THANK YOU..

CONCLUSION: The Buensalida-Bonete family is moderately dysfunctional with the score 0f 7. There are lot of stressors that the family has been encountering, ate Margie, being single, alone, still needs a lifetime partner who can be able to help her in everyday cost of living. The children weren’t able to finish school due to lack of funds, however they still believe that lack of education is not a heindrance to their success and achievements in life. Hypertension exists because of genetic predisposition however there are some contributory factors that may lead to worsening of its symptoms like stressful work and major depression.
