---WITNESSETH--1. This Agreement is entered into, guided by and governed by the laws of the State of California. Should any portion of this Agreement be found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the balance of this Agreement. 2. The parties agree that as part of this demographic search agreement, author agrees to have his book title, book name, and other personal information, except financial information, be made available in search engines like google, operas, etc. for the sole purpose of online book visibility and continuous online presence. 3. The parties have discussed the matter of how long this Agreement shall be in effect. They have discussed the advantages and disadvantages of a short-term, medium-term, and/or long-term Agreement. 4. This Agreement constitutes the sole and complete agreement between the Parties hereto, superseding and invalidating all previous agreements if there be any, both written and oral. 5. Should any portion of this Agreement be found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the balance of this Agreement. 6. Author and Publisher each warrant to the other that each is able to enter into and abide by the terms of this agreement, that there are no existing agreements which would interfere with the pursuit of each of the tasks each agrees to perform.
