Pupils will be able to:  Divide a decimal up to 3 decimal places by 10, 100 & 1000 by:  Moving each digit 1, 2 or 3 places respectively to the right in the place value table  Shifting the decimal point 1, 2 or 3 places respectively to the left  Divide a decimal by tens

 Go to Ask N Learn website http://www.asknlearn.com/  Once you are logged in, following the following steps to complete the tutorials, activities and quizzes online:  Click on Mathematics - P5 under Primary 5  Click on Launch  Click on Four Operation Decimals on the left side of the screen  Click on Multiplication and Division Decimals under Lesson  Forward the lesson till you see Division by 10, 100 & 1000  Follow through the lesson to the end  Go back to the home page  Click on Resources at the top menu bar  Click on Lessons  Click on ASKNLEARN Lessons  Select Primary Mathematics  Click page 2

 Click on Primary 5 – iTutor – Maths  Click on Launch  Select C7 – Decimal  Click on Concept 3  Follow through lesson  Read & follow through examples in My Pals Are Here 5B, pages 15 – 20  Complete the following:  Questions 2 & 3, page 16  Question 5, page 18  Question 6, page 19  Question 8, page 20
