Carry-Over Items for Next Meeting: #

Description

1.

Finish the removal of members.

Notes Transcript can be found on ScribD as well as the handout for the meeting. Thanks to everyone for coming out and giving a bit of their time. Ideas for growing the community services leading up to the demo: • • • • •

IRC release party Photoshop Contests Demo watch on the mailing list Tournament for the demo Events on the “first server with the demo.”

There was a lot of up in the air brainstorming that did not make it into a decision. As of yet there is no formal plan leading into the blitz. The group is aware of decay now is committed to see it stopped and the community services reinforced and promoted whenever it is opportune.

The impact on the community with the loss of a dedicated Sir. Polaris will be mitigated by focused cells working on projects, as well as internal training. Training will be given so members can see and understand opportunity and know how to act on it. No action has been taken on the grounds of training/resources.
