Dear Sir / Madam, Children Toy Foundation is a N.G.O working since 1982 for providing all the children with the “Right to Play.” We are into a number of activities and projects for the welfare of underprivileged children in order to encourage them to learn through the medium of games and toys. A brief description of our activities is attached herewith. As a N.G.O we are ever growing with the ever increasing population of the country. Thus we are in constant need of funds to support our ongoing projects as well as to venture into new projects. The period from 27th September to 3rd October is being celebrated as JOY OF GIVING WEEK in India by GIVE INDIA where there is a big initiative from N.G.O’s all over the country to start a drive to collect funds for their projects. For this we have come out with a scheme wherein the staff members of your company and their family members can come together to interact through games and toys. We are planning two events 1) a CORPORATE GAME TOURNAMENT (first of its kind) on 2nd October, Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti Day. which is also our foundation day, at Radio Club where any 5 of your staff members will be participating and will be playing against the staff members from other corporate with the winner taking away a trophy. We have named it -Joy On The Spot ( JOS) and trophy is Preety Deep Khel Trophy It will be 3 hours event starting from 10-30 sharp and after that we will provide lunch also. Winner will take away the rotating trophy replica of which will remain with the company. Plus attractive 1st and 2nd prizes will be given to number one and runner up. Here we will have12 games laid out, each Player will be playing in groups 3 games and Winner of 2 of the 3 games will be selected for the final round. Each game will be 40-45 minutes duration. Winner & runner up will be selected from the final round. The games will be like Racko,Quandary,I Drop, Word Search,Lexicon,Little genius,Domination,Chinese Checker,Pente,Zeprerate, Be 2nd to be 1st,Heart, Hoppit,Sudoky for 4 etc The idea is to see that and 1. We also give something while raising funds. 2. idea of our work is clear to corporate partners for our future approach. 3. Entertain and refresh 4. Get a day off from the routine strenuous work 5. To pass our message- Play, Invent Play and Make Others Play(PIPMOP) After this event we want a day session to entertain all your staff members and their families with our games and toys in a full out play session for all called “GOOD FAMILY PLAY DAY”, which could be on a day convenient to both of us. The schedule for the same will be:-

PROGRAM SCHEDULE DURATION 1. On the spot Games Contest 2 1/2 hours Here group games will be played like lexicon, little genius, Quiz time, wheel of fortune etc prizes will be given to the group or individual 2. Musical Housie 40 minutes Here cassettes of pre-recorded songs shall be Played and number allotted to it will be called Out and that number is eliminated. 3. Party Fun Games 15-20 minutes Also we would like to request your staff members to donate toys and games, or any other form of donation on the Family Play Day which would be used by millions of underprivileged children of our country. We are proposing the donation of Rs.35,000/- for above two events. We are sure on our Foundation day and also honouring joy of giving week we will get encouraging response from you.
