Introduction • We have many changes during our life. • And many of our changes are not noticed or even accepted.

Introduction • And this could be dangerous since they could be an obstacle to achieve our goals.

Definition • Change denotes any kind of modification or transition that happens in our life, work or environment.

Why do people avoid Changes? • Change can cause: – Fear. – A sense of loss. – It takes some efforts to understand the main changes. – It requires a compromise. – It demands commitment and efforts.

Stage 1 – Denial Stage 2 – Anger & Resistance Stage 3 – Exploration & Acceptance Stage 4 – Commitment

Ways to Deal with Changes • You should be calm and have an open mind to face the new challenges. • You should ask for help (if necessary). • You should have a plan and keep the focus.
