This effort has included fundraising, networking, building a core team, creation of church website and other church materials including logo. Through this experience God has taught me more about ministry and His desires for me in His kingdom than I have ever learned. I have become more willing, humble, bold, and brave as I risked everything in pursuit of this new church and God’s will for it. In the end, however, I have felt drawn back to serving within a church rather than starting a new one. At this moment I do not understand fully the journey I have been on, but I am confident it has been for my benefit and God’s glory. SENSE OF CALL: I have an overwhelming desire to see church done in a new way that will reach those who have never been reached before. This has been a resonating passion of mine and a theme in all my service. I feel called to serve a church that shares this passion with any or all of my talents and experience, including leading worship, preaching and creating Bible series and studies, connecting with youth and adults, and even web design. I trust God to lead me to this church and am excited at His plans for my future. David Norman Resume
