Student 5: Playing video games. Reduces my academic stress because it makes me happy. Student 16: Spend my time playing games. Student 4: Watch movies. It helps me lessen my stress. Student 5: Watching Netflix. It gives me a relaxing feeling. Student 16: Watching movies.

Watching movies

Student 11: Watching Korean dramas and Korean boy and girl groups. It enlightens my mood whenever I do that kind of activities. Student 19: Watching dramas, k-pop idols especially ASTRO…. They make me happy and it lessen the stress I have.

Student 4: Playing physical activities like basketball. It makes me feel more relaxed. It makes me happy and at the same time physically fit.

Sports

Student 5: Me and my friends play basketball because it helps us forget the stress that we are dealing with… basketball because it is my favorite sports. Student 16: Volleyball and swimming.

Student 17: Basketball… it mainly focuses me on other things rather than my assignments. Student 20: Sports, because you move your body so not only your brain is active but also your body.

Student 5: I listen to music... because it can calm myself. We also jam and sing together because it makes us happy. Listening to music

Student 5: Playing guitar because it calm myself. Student 6: Me & my friends go on a trip, chill, etc. It helps us bond and have fun and forget all about our worries…

Hanging out with friends

Student 7: Me and my colleagues talk and have fun at the mall. Student 16: Hanging out with friends. Student 1: I usually read books…. It helps because my mind sorts of go to another dimension to escape reality… Student 4: Reading newspaper. It entertains me and it helps me refresh my mind.

Reading Student 6: Reading… my favorite ways in dealing with academic stress; these are all things I love doing and have motivated and look forward to keep doing whatever it is I end up doing in the future.

Student 7: Reading… because it allows me to take my mind off of things and relax. Student 11: Reading some wattpad stories. It helps me to relax and forget about anything that is related to my academic life. Student 1: Participating actively in my club and organization. It reduces my stress because I can focus on something else. Student 6: Joining an Art clubs & Workshops. Club and organization

Student 7: Maybe the debate club. Because you can release your emotions and the stress that you have been experiencing. Student 10: Journalism. Student 15: Sports and joining organization. Student 1: Painting when I’m alone. It helps because my minds sort to go another dimension to escape reality.

Student 1: We go to arcades and have fun. Mostly to shift our attention from the upcoming deadlines. Student 1: Sleep… It calms me

Sleeping

Student 6: Sleeping… my favorite ways in dealing with academic stress; these are all things I love doing and have motivated and look forward to keep doing whatever it is I end up doing in the future.

Student 10: I tend to sleep for 3 hours after doing my homeworks or activities. Student 19: Sleeping. It makes me feel great when having stress.

Student 1: Write. It calms me. Writing Student 6: Personally, bonding with other artists and creative individuals is always refreshing and helps me stay motivated and positive… Student 11: Sharing our experiences and just telling some funny stories. It makes us happy and feel that I am not the only one who suffer stress. Student 15: The people in the group can give you motivation and inspiration to strive and never give up. Reaching out Student 16: Talking to each other. It helps me reflect and understand more about the problem. Student 19: Chit chatting… Being happy around our colleagues lessen the stress we are facing. Student 20: Conversing…. It helped me because our attention is diverted to other things. Student 7: Using twitter… because it allows me to take my mind off of things and relax. Social Media Student 15: Surfing the internet or sleeping.

Student 6: Me & my friends tend to play games, eat, go on a trip, chill, etc. Student 15: Eating and searching for new food nearby. Eating Student 20: I take a rest and eat. In a way that it makes your whole self relax. Conversing and eating. It helped me because our attention is diverted to other things.
