Of municipal act.But the corrupted revenue officer has not taking any action against bellow mention factory owners, after issuing these bellow mention notice. but the council is not taken any action against factory owners. The factories are running on non commercial land. The municipal council also involved for this nuisance through grant illegal permission. Our complaint latter is bellow, kindly take action against municipal corporation bikaner for this matter. That regarding of above cited matter we clear some facts as under. That bellow mention people are running three factories of food processing, manufacturing of sweets rasgullas, paper, bhujiya , namkins and etc. in two residential houses, That our complaint against the below mention three factory owners for the matter of nuisance and pollutions.
