HONERABLE CHIEF MINISTER. RAJASTHAN GOVERNMENT.

We are suffering from pollution and nuisance by food processing units which is running in residential area. We submit our complaint to municipal council but the council is not taken any action against factory owners. The factories are running on non commercial land. The municipal council also involved for this nuisance through grant illegal permission. Our complaint latter is bellow, kindly take action against municipal council for this matter. That regarding of above cited matter we clear some facts as under. That bellow mention people are running three factories of food processing, manufacturing of sweets rasgullas, paper, bhujiya , namkins and etc. in two residential houses That our complaint against the below mention three factory owners for the matter of nuisance and pollutions. we the resident of the lane are heavily suffering from water ,noise, air pollution and nuisance we feel uncomfortable due to said factories lost our children studies and harmful for our health. The manufacturing also continues in the night we are not been able to sleep due the sound of machinery/firing of stove smile of boiled oil and sugar, smock etc. That from due to this nuisance, pollutions and wrong full activity we have developed disease of allergy and we are also having problems like bronchitis (asthma) from those allergies. the environment is all the time remains filled with gas and smock. because of that we are facing the problem of uncomfortable breathing. We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter of nuisance, pollutions and unlawful industrial activite.our letter treat as a legal reference and take immediate legal action on these unlawfully located manufacturing industries warm regards. mohalla niwasi,old lane,daga gali.
