Cadbury was established in Birmingham, England in 1824, by John Cadbury. In June 1905 in England, Cadbury made its first Dairy Milk bar & It was introduced in the United Kingdom in 1905. It has higher proportion of milk than previous chocolate bars. It became the company's best-selling product by 1914. In 2014, Dairy Milk was ranked the best-selling chocolate bar in the UK. It is manufactured and distributed by the Hershey Company in the U.S. under license from Cadbury.

 



Worms found in to dairy milk. Investigations into reports that live worms were found in its Dairy Milk . Infestation in two bars of Cadbury Dairy Milk, Cadbury India’s flagship brand with over 70% market share.

Negative Publicity The sales decrease by around 30% They suppose the sale well go up 15% The Cadbury note advertise for a month and a half.









They started with a project called project VISHWAS The consumers were nationally reached through a press AD “facts of Cadbury”, released in 11 languages. It represented all the details on manufacturing, operations, storage etc of Cadbury . Brand Ambassador as Mr.Amitabh bachchan .

The PR department communicate total group of organization. Advertising They share the skills & planning for media buying teams. They came with out-sourced agency. The PR cause a very intimate understand from workers to board levels.

Dairy Milk has now become an expression of :  Joy.  Emotion.  Shared good feelings.
