Purpose / Outcome 18 artists have been selected 20 benches will be produced Artists’ stipend checks will be distributed at February 22 meeting February 22 Artist Meeting March 1 Sponsor deadline March 15 Interlude Deadline May 30, 31 Installation June 1 Kick off September 11/12 Bench touch-up September 13 Auction O’Callaghan, McDonald and Hufford to secure sponsors for benches and ads in Interlude Northwood graciously offered to cover $10,000 of the $20,000 cost for Interlude Summer Seats and Beats Logo created Project will supply toppings (10 types – caramel, sprinkles, oreos, fudge, mini chocolate chips, cherry’s, nuts, chocolate syrup, butterfingers, berries) Sponsor needed (Pizza Sam’s interested-will see about cosponsorship with Daddy O’s) Keefe to secure musicians Balloon give-aways (need volunteers) Cooley to check on toppings & helmets Brackel to check on MDN color page contest (AMA will design) Keefe to provide photoboards Meno working on berets for traffic control volunteers (will use volunteer t-shirts if berets don’t work out) Travel Queen secured for April 14 live broadcast, but need to create ads for after WMPX secured for radio and magazine O’Callaghan to ask B+B about billboards O’Callaghan to ask MDN to do the same monthly $1,500 ads Cooley secured auctioneer O’Callaghan to speak w/ ACH re: location later in February
