CYA’s application for 501(c)3 status was approved by the I.R.S. this Spring. Now we are a tax exempt organization!

Concerned Youth of America is excited to announce that the Internal Revenue Service approved our application for 501(c)3 status on May 27, 2009. Retroactive to our date of incorporation, March 16, 2007, all donations to CYA are tax deductible.



The beginning phase of CYA has come to an end with the approval of our 501(c)3, but not without some incredible accomplishments!

Applying for tax exempt status was an extensive process for CYA, but after prevailing after two years of hard work and focused dedication, we feel that there is nothing in the near future that we cannot accomplish.

This great news could not have come at a better time as the youth of America continue to watch policymakers in Washington spend money that they do not have; the country as a whole is looking for someone to stand up to this fiscal irresponsibility that will adversely target our generation, and those to follow us. As a defining moment for CYA comes to pass, it marks not only the exciting opportunities for future success but also our extraordinary past accomplishments. Please join us in reviewing some of CYA’s great triumphs over the last two years as we transition into a new phase of productivity and achievement, armed with experience and past lessons.

501(c)3 Status Approved!

We have come a long way from being wideeyed high school seniors, and our experience thus far has only fueled our drive to continue to fight for fiscal responsibility in our government.
