SKILLS Leadership I have led men at sea and ashore over a period of 12 years naval service. HR I have extensive working experience in HR. Management & Organising I have managed diverse departments in the Pakistan Navy. I was entrusted with starting the HR Records Department from scratch at the Pakistan Navy’s HR Office and made it a well functioning unit. I commanded a Gun Boat and was later Officer-in-Charge of the lands and works department at the Maritime Security Agency where hundreds of acres of land and buildings were under my control. I was also responsible for new construction, repair and maintenance for the Agency. Interpersonal I ran the coordination department at the Pakistan Navy’s HR Office where I was responsible for coordinating the activities of 6 other departments. IT Excellent working knowledge of Windows OS. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office. Working knowledge of Oracle. Typing speed of over 50 wpm.
