Initiates the study, evaluation and revision, if necessary of curricular offerings, the grading system and the development of instructional materials, in the light of the school objectives, national goal, and manpower requirements of the community and government requirements. 2. In-charged with the appraisal of the performance of the faculty and staff and how their traits contribute to better performance. 3. Handles discipline and grievance through enforcement of policy on discipline. 4. Implements academic policies and procedures developed by the academic council to promote academic excellence. 5. Interviews student applicants during the semester/summer enrollment according to assigned schedule. 6. Handles linkages between the college and other institutions. 7.
