Fiberglass Products

Punching Thicknesses up to ½" can be punched with specially shaped punch that permits only a small part of the cutting edge to penetrate the material at any one time. Strippers allow the punch to be removed without cracking the material.

Sawing Wet cutting permits greater feed speed, uses less power, eliminates dust.

Adhesives Design the joint to avoid excessive peeling stress. Clean contaminated surfaces with acetone. Sand the surface lightly before applying an epoxy or polyester adhesive.

Bolts and Rivets Apply an adhesive to the inside of the hole before inserting the bolt or rivet. The tighter the bolt or rivets is in the hole, the better the connection will be.
