6/23/09 Robert Quinn 18 Lakeview Drive South Haines City, Fla. 33844 Office of Governor Charlie Crist State of Florida The Capitol Tallahassee, FL 32399-0001 Dear Governor Crist; On 2/9/09 I forwarded my letter of 2/3/09 to Secretary of State Browning to your office with a cover letter suggesting, among other things, that the party ultimately responsible is very likely to be the Governor and I requested your assistance in achieving corrective action. Your office never bothered to respond. Secretary Browning has since continued to stand firm that his office has ministerial authority only and can do nothing to counter the election fraud that took place in the 08 election from reoccurring in future elections. Secretary Browning is guilty of nonfeasance. He knows this blatant fraud has occurred and also knows he has complete authority from the legislature to promulgate a corrective primary rule for future elections, yet he does nothing. I am inclosing my letter of 6/23/09 to Secretary Browning and I urge you to give this non-partisan issue your immediate attention and I will appreciate your rapid response.
