IPERJET-DF ATEX ST1 The IPERJET-DF ATEX dust collector has been designed to capture ST1 combustible dust. The heavy duty steel cabinet has been tested to withstand deflagration.

“Flameless-Vent”, or outdoors with an “Explosion Relief Panel”.

Dust enters the unit via a side-inlet directly into a vertical (down-flow) pre-chamber, fitted with spark arresting deflector plates. The speed drop in the prechamber allows mechanical separation into the reinforced bin.

The finer dusts are further filtered in the main chamber by Anti-Static & grounded M-Class filtering cartridges, which are EXAM accredited. Filters are self-cleaned by Reverse Pulse Jet system, controlled by a PLC Economiser. Filter is then expelled through an appropriate venting system.

Control panel is supplied according to CRAM-rules and to be remotely situated at least 5 meters from the filtering unit with the on-board economiser.

AIRALT Airalt is designed for treatment of dangerous dust like carbon-fibre, aluminium, titanium dust etc. The filtering chamber is built in a circular steel body and studied for the treatment of explosive dust. Customer to indicate classification of dust, St1, St2, St3. CTA Air Makeup Unit for Room Pressurisation CTA provides an active supply of fresh air to replace the exhausted air by the spray painting room. Intake volume to be sized large than the exhaust to achieve room pressurisation. This assures an optimum dust free spray painting chamber. Air-movement movement is provided by a efficient scirroco fan, belt-driven by a easy maintained energy saving IE2 motor assembly. Flow volumes can be controlled by an inlet register with 100mm pitch with choice of either manual or pneumatic-auto control. Air is filter by means of a two stage filtering module: ~ Pre-filter filter for coarse dust with 100mm thick pleated polyester pre-filter rated G3 (EN779) ~ Fine filter for fine dust with 500mm thick polybag Polyestr filters rated M5 (EN779) Filters easily replaced by a side maintenance hatch. Fresh air diffusing plenum for intake from the CTA air makeup unit. The filter allow a gentle flow of air into the room without disruption of the spray paint process. Edge extraction exhaust column for paint drying room removal of solvent. The edge column is paired with an extraction fan ATEX – rated 3GD for safe extraction of vapours.

The filtered roof come standard with M5 (EN779) filter. High rated filters M6 are available able on request. Quick levers allow fast replacement of filters.
