We need double HEPA on extract as per URS Kindly confirm.

2 off Manual Wash hoses. Manual only isolation valves. No manifold pipework. 2 off Cip spray ball. Manual only isolation valves. No Keeping in view the high containment level CIP, with spray ball, manifold pipework shall be automated and shall be in vendor's control system with necessary DCS interface. Draining to be taken care of with DCS interface for draining into Reactor One off ATEX plug and socket for mobile glovebox. if the glove box is mobile - DCS needs to know on which reactor Glovebox with 5 metre cable and plug the glove box is connected. Vendor to configure this interface this would call for multiple sockets - include 4 sockets for costing Kindly confirm whether this requirement is taken care of.

Glass/acrylic fixed window 3 port x 300 mm Elliptical gloveports with Hypalon gloves

Is it either 190 RTP( Pg 7/17) or 270 mm RTP(P 13/17) as given in your proposal. 190 RTP to be included in addition to bag out port. Optional Costing requirements for this combination? Toughened and laminated glass required. Provide optional cost.

Drum lifter to handle 30 L and 60 L Mauser drums

This requirement shall be included in Vendor scope Confirm whether the glove box interface with Active charge point is horizontal. What is POM body? Confirm this cost is inlcuded in the base offer.

Why do we need this for Isolator option? How are weights upt to 400 kgs measured and into what containers? Dispensary glovebox(es) is in a different building and dispense to various size containers not a reactor. Active valve wetted parts - Hastealloy C-22/PTFE Passive valve wetted parts - SS316L/PTFE Drum docking to Isolator: when to lid-off - inside or outside Glove box? Confirm the drum lifter control for required docking will be in vendor control panel and interlocked with seal inflation and enable sliding door open. Confirm whether drum of different capacity and different lid size can be accommodated by the glovebox in the same charging operation or modifications have to be made. What about 20kg sacks?
