Part 1 (Explain The Procedure to the patient) Nurse

: “ Good morning. This is mr/mrs Riki/Elis. Right? ”

Patient

: “ Yes. Right.”

Nurse

: “ Ok. My name is elis/riki. Can I check your registration number, please? ”

Patient

: “ Sure.”

Nurse

: “ Ok. Good. Mr/mrs. Riki/Elis. How are you feeling today? ”

: “ I’m not good actually. I can’t sleep well last night. I still got a problem with my headache.”

Nurse

Patient
