Photography and Videography fee agreed on: Thirty thousand pesos (P30,000.00) (plus applicable expenses as described in the contract if any). WEDDING PACKAGE AND SERVICES INCLUDED FOR THE FEE STATED ABOVE:

Initial Downpayment: __________________________________________________ Balance: To be paid on the day of the wedding __________________________________________________ Conditons: A. Booking fee (20% of agreed price) is non-refundable under any circumstances. B. Transportation, accommodation and meal expenses shall be shouldered by the client. C. Changes or additions on the wedding package will result in changes in pricing. (i.e., upgrading of other inclusions like the wedding album or having add-ons, USB for HD edited final output, etc.) D. The cancellation of the coverage by the client will result in the payment of 30% of the total cost of the coverage. E. The cancellation of the photo and video coverage by REALITY VISIONS will result in the refund of all monetary payments given by the Client. F. Only REALITY VISIONS will have the right to upload photos and videos, edited and non-edited, of the couple on their wedding unless agreed upon by both parties. G. The final output of the whole coverage that includes items of which stated above will be given enough time for editing and completion of a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 months for photos and 3 to a maximum of 6 months for videos from the wedding date. H. Unedited images that the couple may want to post on any social media site must be forwarded to the photographer to undergo processing. This will ensure that the photos posted are of utmost quality and will not affect the overall work done by said photographer. I. REALITY VISIONS shall have the copyrights and other intellectual property rights over the raw and final outputs produced during the entire documentation sessions. I have read and understood the terms above. I hereby agree to the terms of this agreement.
