Consent Letter

Dear Respondent, This document certifies that we have been given your permission to use footage containing yourself as part of our A2 Media Studies coursework at Chelmer Valley High School. The footage will be used as part of our coursework and nothing more. It will need to be placed publicly on ‘youtube’ to be viewed by OCR examiners, our teacher and ourselves. We guarantee that no information will be issued that could identify you personally and it is your decision if you wish to be/ not to be credited.
