CONFERENCE PROGRAM All participants are encouraged to arrive a day earlier than the scheduled start of the conference. However, the organizers will not cover accommodation and meals for this and the participants are to make separate arrangements with the conference venue. The conference staff will be available at the venue a day prior to the event for the final registration of participants. Day One, 28 November 2008, Friday 7:00 a.m.
