in friday, 31 march, 2007 ... photoresist pcb 1- spray thin layer of photoresist (fast from 20 cm height) and leave it 1 min to spread 2- dry 1 min with hair dryer (highest heat your hand can bare) 3- exposure 5 mins (2 x 20watt flourcent 5cm high) (time according to layer thickness) (bulbs sunlamp or flourcent) give uneven exposure 4- develop in 10 full tsps sodium silicate solution notice: spraying thicker layer => more exposure => more ink opacity needed dry more heat(may destroy photoresist layer) good exposure = violet color(different from unexposed) appears on exposed areas
