I am a concerned citizen who is deeply troubled about the direction our Country have been heading. I am wondering if government believes that they work for and represent the people? The primary goal of government is to preserve life, liberty, and allow free citizens to pursue happiness. I can attest that it is failing miserably. How much more liberty must we surrender? The Federal Government “sell” out to bankers is not acceptable to freedom loving citizens. Additionally, there is a constant barrage of legislation from the Federal branch and I am wondering why should we even have state legislators? I am demanding my leaders to stand up and support state sovereignty. The joint resolution HIRC-4. It is a small step in what I expect my leaders in this state to support overwhelmingly. I want you to realize that the Federal Government and its Old World Order form of government is detrimental to both our state and each citizens individual sovereignty. We had been gifted a republic from our founders, not a democracy, and I expect my liberties to be protected. How can we say we have liberty when at last count, every person in this country is indebted to foreign banker corporations to the tune of $47,000. And it seems there is no end to this madness. The dollar will collapse and you will see this country turn into a “3rd world wanna be” nation within the next 10 to 15 years if the people and its leaders do not awaken. It is time for our leaders to wake up and smell the coffee and take action to preserve our State and our hopefully our Nation. We are at the crossroads of history. The future of sovereignty for our state and our citizens is undermined by the policies of the Federal Government and allowed through the ignorance of many citizens. The enticement of dollars created from debt only serve worsen the problem. The unPatriot Act, the numerous power Presidential orders, the myriad of federal mandates, the communitarian administrative court system are but a few of the items that are undermining personal liberty. We are placing our children and grandchildren into bondage (slavery)!! When the people come to realize that they can vote themselves money at the expense of the labor of others, then you should know that we are entering the time of final demise of the government. I believe that this corporate based US evolved form of government is not what our founding fathers had fought and died for. Our central government has evolved into a plutocracy and heading rapidly towards nationalism (NAZI comes to mind). We are heading further down the road of tyranny with the federal government appointments of Czars and other new government boards to oversee what should be private businesses. When a government’s primary concern is not centralized about the protection of the liberty of its individual citizens, then we, as citizens have the duty to speak out and demand corrective action. As such, I am counting on you to support HIRC-4, the affirmation of state sovereignty under the 10th amendment. I also want to point out that other liberties are constantly being attacked by the Federal Government so-called leadership, and as such, I want to see more teeth in HIRC-4 and purpose the following additions to whatever HIRC-4 evolves into: That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President
of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to: I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State. II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law. III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law. IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government. V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press. VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition; and That should any such act of Congress become law or Executive Order or Judicial Order be put into force, all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually. Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government.
