Goal setting is a major component of personal development and management literature. In the present study goal setting is to improve the knowledge of school children regarding child abuse and its prevention. Action: The fact or process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim. In the present study preparation of structured questionnaire. Interaction: It is defined as a process of perception and communication between person environment and between person and person represented by verbal and non-verbal communication. As researcher and the subjects have increased interactions during interview time. There is an greater opportunity to develop trust. According to Kings are acts of two or more person in mutual presence. It helps to build the relationship between the researcher and subjects. In the presence study the interaction takes place between school children and researcher. Transaction: It is defined as observable behavior of children interaction with that environment. Gain in knowledge that will take place after the video assisted teaching programme to meet more goal attainment.
