DIENAMIK TOOL SERVICES, formerly known as Dowding Trading and Machine Works was established and has been in operation since 1990. It was formed primarily to cater the needs of both Semi-Conductor and Manufacturing Industries in our Society. Dynamic Tool may imply a translation of the name of the company. To co-note an articulation of what the company learned in the process; that, through out the years the dynamic conditions of the customers it has valued and treasured has humanized its corporate stature and therefore transformed the company’s employees appreciative of the meaning of work engaged upon.

Its Humble Beginning Together with the experience and technical know-how, faith and determination has been the primary tool in making a lot of things possible. Mr. Jesus V. Celis, the founder, was then a scholar by a priest during his secondary years at Don Bosco Technical College. Being a working student at the same time, he was able to continue schooling at National University wherein he took up Mechanical Engineering. Fortunately he was given a chance to work as Supervisor at Signetics Filipinas Corp., a semiconductor company. He went back to DBTC after several years of working, and became a Technical Department Head. Until opportunity knocked his door, he gave up his position and started from a small gear fabrication. Presently, the company he established was able to meet the increasing demands for precision and high quality Tool and Die, Mould and Machine parts. From humble beginnings as a company up to the present, DIENAMIK TOOL SERVICES continuously upgrades its equipment, facilities, production and quality assurance, to cope with the ever-changing semi-conductor and other manufacturing Industries’ tooling requirements.

QUALITY SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES We are upgrading our quality system and procedures in accordance with existing international standards to: •

Achieve high satisfactory product acceptance.

Produce high quality products and continually find ways to improve our quality for customer satisfaction.

To formulate review and implement inspection standards, identify, assess and report quality problems and initiate corrective actions to prevent possible defect in the future.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Periodic preventive maintenance is being established to ensure that all machine tools are within its rated specifications and design accuracy limit. CALIBRATION To maintain and control all variations within the acceptable standard level of measurement all measuring instruments are periodically calibrated. INSPECTION AND TESTING •

Incoming inspection – to make certain that purchase materials are properly identified.

In-process inspection – in-line inspection and monitoring is done by QA inspectors at every stage of operation to ensure that work-in-process conforms to specifications and processes.

Final inspection and shipping- final inspection and procedures are followed to ensure finish product conforms to specification, properly packed and identified.

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION AND TRACE ABILITY To identify conforming and non-conforming products at its designated stage of production.

DOCUMENTATION To have an orderly and systematic control of all related quality system documents and data. DESIGN CONTROL To control and verify customers’ products design to ensure that specified requirements are met. PROCESS PLANNING AND CONTROL To identify and plan quality production processes to ensure that procedures carried out conforms to international standards.
