Our Corporate Office and manufacturing facilities are at Pune and the Chemical factory at Khopoli. A large new manufacturing facility is being erected at Vadodra. Area Offices are located at Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Bangalore and a few other cities. …2… Our Training Scheme: The overall training duration would be of one year. Training is primarily through learning on-the-job, with additional focus on functional learning’s through rotational assignments. Formal classroom training is also imparted at regular intervals. All trainees would be required to undergo training at Thermax sites or on the Shop Floor or in Service for a period of 6 to 10 months. On satisfactory completion of training they will be absorbed as regular employees. Placement of a trainee in any particular function is made after a careful review of his/ her academic background, organizational requirement and interview panel observations.
