Como uma Onda "Como uma Onda (Zen-Surfismo)" é uma canção Brasileira gravada por Lulu Santos em 1983, composta pelo próprio Lulu Santos e pelo Jornalista e Escritor Nelson Motta para a trilha sonora do filme Garota Dourada, de Antônio Calmon. Foi incluída no álbum O Ritmo do Momento, de 1983. A canção obteve bastante sucesso em todo o país no início da década de 1980, e continua a ser executada nos shows do cantor.[1] Segundo Nelson Motta, que considera a canção um "bolero moderno", a letra teria sido inspirada por Jorge Luis Borges e pelo livro A Arte Cavalheiresca do Arqueiro Zen, do filósofo alemão Eugen Herrigel, e refletiu a contradição pessoal vivida pelo compositor na época, dividido entre a filosofia zen e os excessos das drogas no Rio de Janeiro da época (onde o próprio Motta era proprietário de uma importante casa noturna, Noites Cariocas, localizada no Pão de Açúcar).[2]
