Sub: - Conspiracy of EOW-DELHI Police to get FIR No 1062 dated 13/09/2006 quashed by accused, by delaying in filing charge sheet against accused for one year. Non registering of FIR against M/S Sunglow & Non registering of FIR against Delhi Police persons under section 167, 120b, 217 , 34 IPC, vide my complaint dated 05/7/2006 to Commissioner of Police. Sir, This has reference to my various letters & e-mails on the above-mentioned subject last being acknowledged vide reference number is 595/E-mail dated 04/05/2007.# by your office. 1. It appears that Investigating officers of Economics Offences Wing have conspired with accused, from whom they are suspected to have received huge amount running into 5-7 lakhs, to get the FIR No 1062 dated 13/09/2006 quashed by intentionally delaying filling of charge-sheet in competent court for period beyond one year. Even DCP-EOW is involved in scandal. 2. Although accused were refused anticipatory bail by court in Dec-2006, till date they have not been arrested. 3. Inspite of clear-cut evidence against main broker M/S Sunglow FIR has not been registered against M/s Sunglow. 4. Inspite of repeated requests, no action has been taken against erring police persons. Even President of India few months back had remarked that police persons responsible for lapses in investigations should be punished as per law. Although to me police is refusing to give information regarding statements alleged to have been given by me to Police even under RTI act, Accused are having copy of documents/letters given by me to Police, which proves that they are in hand and gloves with accused. Please order enquiry into intentional delays/lapses by police officers of the rank of Joint Commissioner OR SEND CASE TO CBI FOR THROUGH INVESTIGATIONS OF MY ALLEGATIONS.
