Produces high flash foam and copious long-lasting lather. Low eye and skin irritation. Rinses readily, leaving a soft talc-like feel Very light color and little or no odor.

TOXICITY Cola®Mate SAL, when tested at 10.0% active, is not a primary skin irritant and is only minimally irritating to the eye.

COMPATIBILITY Cola®Mate SAL is stable in a pH range of 4-8, but, being an ester, it has only limited stability in strongly alkaline or acid systems. Personal care formulations should be kept at pH 7.0 or lower to prevent any possible liberation of ammonia. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic, and amphoteric compounds, but possesses limited compatibility with cationic products.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING Cola®Mate SAL contains water and is, therefore, subject to freezing during very cold weather. Product may tend to haze and/or separate if stored for extended periods. In the event that the product hazes, separates or freezes, gentle heating with agitation will restore to original form. Product even in cloudy form can be readily compounded to form clear product.
