cocteil cu inghetata de vanilie si alune ingrediente: lapte (1 l), alune (100 g), inghetata de vanilie (400 g), votca (250 ml). mod de preparare: se fierbe laptele. cind clocoteste, se pun alunele prajite, decojite si pisate in pilita. se ia laptele de pe foc si se lasa acoperit o ora. servire: se serveste rece, in pahare de cocteil, in care se pune cite o lingura de inghetata si votca (circa 40 ml) si se amesteca.
