ARCHITECTURE/STORE DESIGN- NY The Architecture team is currently looking for Project Managers to support the design, scheduling and installation of Coach Store locations in both the domestic as well as the international marketplace. The accomplished individuals must have professional degrees in architecture, 5 to 10 years experience in retail architecture and construction, strong organizational/ time management skills and the ability to travel 40%. For the International position, previous experience working with non-American cultures highly desired.

REAL ESTATE- NY The Real Estate team is currently looking for Project Managers to construct retail locations, in a complete and timely manner by coordinating work of architects and general contractors. Other responsibilities include reading construction documents to produce take offs for vendor materials and to maintain standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction or architecture and at least 3 years experience in construction. Travel is approximately 50% .

DIRECT MARKETING- NY The Direct Marketing team has an opportunity for a Sr. Analyst to join their database management group. The position will assist in providing company-wide analytical support to drive sales by identifying profitable customer segments and analyzing marketing program results through the maintenance and mining of the consumer database. The accomplished individual will possess a bachelor’s degree, 3 to 5 years experience in direct marketing, 2 to 3 years experience in database mining, excellent analytical skills and superior communications skills.

DESIGN- NY The Design team is currently looking for talented creative individuals for a range of opportunities. We currently have an opening for Design Assistant - Handbags, Design Assistant/Associate Wearables, and Sr. Designer/Designer – Handbags. All positions contribute to the collaborative design process, from concept through commercialization. The Handbags positions require prior handbag/accessory design experience, with knowledge of accessory construction, the ability to sketch and spec, as well as utilize Adobe Illustrator for technical renderings. The Wearables position requires ready-to-wear design experience, garment construction knowledge, and the proven ability to sketch and spec by hand and through Illustrator.

MERCHANDISING- NY The Merchandising team is currently looking for senior level merchants across various categories. The merchants create relevant product assortments that drive business, partnering with Design and Retail to develop comprehensive seasonal line plans. We currently have openings for Sr. Director/Director – Men’s, Sr. Director/Director – Women’s Accessories, and Sr. Director – Licensed Categories. These roles require 8-10 years of merchandising experience developing product in a specialty/vertical retail environment. The Licensing position also requires experience working in the wholesale channel. All roles require strong analytical skills, strong leadership skills, and excellent product sensibility and conceptual ability.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING- NY/FIELD The Visual Merchandising team has opportunities for both corporate and field based positions. The visual team is responsible for producing the seasonal visual guidelines and managing the flow of communication between the corporate office and stores. The visual team provides key training and development tools, traveling to Coach stores to train employees on visual standards, window displays, props, and fixtures. We currently have an opening for a Sr. Manager for Retail and field visual manager opportunities throughout the U.S.

FINANCE - NY The Finance team is currently looking for an Analyst to join the retail merchandising team. The responsibilities will include processing invoices and purchase orders, assisting in the management and reconciliation of Capital Expenditure Request for bulk orders, and assisting in the management of expenses by SIO codes. The accomplished individual will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The finance team also has an opportunity for a Retail Accountant to assist in the preparation, proof reading, and support of SEC documents, including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K. Other responsibilities include assisting in proofreading and supporting financial Press Releases and financial modeling primarily related to stock option expense. The accomplished individual will possess a BBA in Accounting, proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS - NY The IS team is currently looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to support the merchandise planning team by providing systems support and leading technical efforts involving systems design, documentation, the creation of functional and technical design, and coding. Other responsibilities include leading the test planning process and design integration of the test plan, planning and leading the implementation of training, participating in an on call rotation, and working with vendors. The accomplished individual will possess 5 years of applications development systems experience, and experience with merchandise planning systems (JDA Arthur Planning preferred). Experience with data integration implementations/tools, implementing applications with Visual Basic and SQL Server, and with major RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL) and/or OLAP (Essbase). The IS team also has an opportunity for an HRIS Senior Systems Analyst to support and assist in the deployment and day-to-day support of key HR systems, and to translate business requirements into systems solutions including the recruitment system, succession planning system, Cognos (reporting), UltiPro (HR/Payroll) and their interfaces with other systems (third party benefit providers, SAP, CRS Point of Sale, Kronos). The accomplished individual will possess a minimum of 4 years business applications development experience in HR/Payroll systems, and experience working with recruitment and succession planning systems (preferred), SQL, and managing multiple, simultaneous tasks. The individual should also possess strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
