Classroom Conduct Have a positive learning attitude and always do your best in your work. Show consideration for others and take care of the cleanliness of the classroom.
Be attentive during lessons.
Hand in assignments on time and complete corrections promptly.
Maintain and upkeep all subject files.
Electronic devices example MP3 players, computer games, cameras can only be used after school dismissal in the canteen, with the exception of non-school days.
Perform assigned classroom duties diligently to keep the classroom clean and tidy at all times.
Upkeep the class notice boards regularly.
Involve yourself in constructive work quietly when the teacher is not present.
Seek permission from the teacher if you have a valid reason to leave the classroom and obtain a permission pass before doing so.
Students are not allowed to post any photographs in public domains showing students without prior permission from the school.
Attendance and Punctuality
Pupils must arrive punctually to school.
Permission must be obtained from the Head teacher or Deputy Head to be absent for any reason other than illness.
Absence Notes provided by the School Office for absences must be promptly completed and returned to the school.
Medical, dental or other appointment or visit should be kept outside school hours. When an appointment has to be made during school hours, prior permission should be obtained.
Conduct
Pupils should greet each other. Behavior must be courteous at all times, and movement in school must be quiet and orderly.
Bad and insulting language will be dealt with severely.
Respect for teachers and all members of staff should be shown at all times; this includes administrative and supervisory staff.
Correct uniform must be worn at all times – including journeys to and from school, or during school outings.
The Headscarf should be worn neatly at all times.
Personal Property and Forbidden Articles
All personal property must be clearly marked with the name of the owner.
Unrelated and irrelevant books, magazines, cameras, personal stereos, mobile phones, electronic games, valuables, excess amount of money and playing cards should not be brought to school.
All school property must be duly respected. In the event of loss or misuse a replacement fee will be charged. Textbooks and exercise books must not be defaced with graffiti.
