Assessment of damages to parishes, plants The following list of flood damage to archdiocesan churches, schools and facilities was compiled by the archdiocesan Building Office in collaboration with the Shaw Group. The list excludes institutions that have not received flood damage from Hurricane Katrina. The list was submitted Oct. 4, 2005. EDMUNDITE Father Michael Jacques used a small boat to paddle his way around his flooded St.Peter Claver parish plant. Early assessments show that the church suffered water damage, the rectory had wind damage and the school had water and wind damage. The credit union and parish office were deemed not accessible.
