Executive Director The role of the Executive Director is to effectively direct the program. Vice President The role of the Vice-president is to directly assist the executive director and oversee the accomplishment of the goals established by the board members. Secretary The role of the Secretary is to handle the administrative jobs in operating the program Treasurer The role of the Treasurer is to handle all of the financials of the program and organization. Programs This position will work closely with Executive Director. The role of the Program member is to support the Executive Director in program implementation and to provide logistical support to the teachers and volunteers. Public Relations This position handles all marketing and public relations activities for the organization. Development Director The main function of this position is to bring in funds to the organization. This can be done by events, donations, grants and sponsorships. There are three committees that report to this person: Sponsorship, Fundraising, and Inventory Support. a. Sponsorship The role of being head of the sponsor-a-girl program is to find and maintain positive relationships with all sponsors.
b. Fundraiser The role of the fundraiser is to raise funds required to effectively operate the program. c, Inventory Support The role of inventory Support will maintain all materials and product of the CJC. Technology The role of the Technology board member is to keep the web page up to date. Advisory Board The role of the advisory board is to advice the Board and Executive Director,
