In the summer of 1787, people from 13 new American states met in Philadelphia to write the Constitution of the United State of America. In later years, between 1789 and1791, they rewrote the Constitution. In this Constitution they had the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights is also called The Ten Commandments. The writers called it this because there are ten different rules. These rules are about freedom. Some of the commandments are freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to keep and bear arms, and much more. Who was the person who wrote this part of the bill of rights?
