Circular Grade 2 Mini Exhibition

Dear Grade Two Parents, We have great pleasure in inviting you to the Grade Two ‘Mini –Exhibition’ which will take place on Wednesday March 11th at 9:30 am in the William Shakespeare Cultural Center and the Primary Hall. The students need to come to school at the usual time and need to wear their house T-shirt and blue jeans. The students may leave with parents after the presentation, unfortunately no brothers or sisters will be allowed to leave school early that day. The purpose of the exhibition is to share with you a Unit of Inquiry “Endangered Species”, the students will be demonstrating and communicating their knowledge and understandings. As a part of the process of communicating what was learned, the students have designed logos and we had a competition to select the image of our Mini Exhibition. During that day all the students will be wearing a T-shirt with this logo. To be able to achieve that we are asking for a donation of $10.000 pesos towards the costs of the T-shirts and the printing. The T-shirts will be worn at the exhibition and the students will keep them after the event. Please can you send the money to school by Friday 20th of February. We look forward to sharing the exhibition with you on March 11th . __________________________________________________________ Estimados padres de Segundo Grado, Tenemos el placer de invitarlos a la Mini-Exhibición de Segundo Grado, la cual se llevará acabo el próximo miercoles 11 de marzo a las 9:30am en el Centro Cultural William Shakespeare y el Hall de Primaria. Ese día los estudiantes deben venir al colegio a la hora habitual, deben traer puesta la camiseta de la casa y blue jeans. Los estudiantes podrán salir después de la presentación con sus padres, desafortunadamente los hermanos o hermanas no podrán salir temprano ese día. EL propósito de esta exhibición es compartir con ustedes la Unidad de Investigación “Especies en via de extinción”, los estudiantes les harán una demostración y les comunicarán todo su conocimiento y entendimiento. Como parte de este proceso de comunicar lo aprendido, los estudiantes diseñaron Logos y en una competencia se seleccionó la imagen de nuestra Mini Exibición. Durante la presentación los estudiantes estarán usando una camiseta con esta imagen. Para poder lograr esto estamos solicitando una donación de $10.000 pesos para cubrir el costo de la camiseta y del estampado. Esta

camiseta será utilizada en la exhibición y los niños se quedaran con ella después del evento. Agradeceríamos si pudiera enviar el dinero al colegio antes del viernes 20 de Febrero. Esperamos ansiosamente compartir esta exhibición con usted el próximo 11 de Marzo.
