CIRCUIT TRAINING

What is circuit training It’s a training where we exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes then change to another exercise. Everyone will change the new station until they completed all exercises.

METHOD OF TRAINING Warm up : 3 minutes Demonstration : 3 minutes Exercise : 12 mins (45 sec/station with 15 sec rest in between) (2 mins break between - Running up and down stairs - Mountain Climber - Russian twist - G: Push ups plank B: Spiderman Plank - Walking lunges Warm down : 2 mins 3

Strengths and Weaknesses of our session Strengths ●



Overall exercises are the combination of strength training, Cardio, and Core strength. Good time management

Weaknesses ●



No music to motivate students, making our session boring Exercise is not intense enough especially arm parts. 4

Areas for improvement of our session We can make our exercise better by prepare better equipments. We can also change the exercise to have better balance

Rest time is too long between sessions Music too loud to hear commands Doesn’t keep track of session 6

Areas for improvement of other session They can improve by paying more attention to the people exercising so that they don’t make mistakes or cause miscommunication.
