Dr. Patrick Mendis Visiting Scholar in Foreign Policy, SAIS and Vice President of the Osgood Center for International Studies

Based on his book, Dr. Mendis explores how the DNA of America, Freemasonry, and commercial providence created a New World Order Dr. Patrick Mendis, who taught at the Northwestern Polytechnic University in Xian, traveled to and worked in over 75 countries, and served as an American diplomat and a military professor in the NATO and Pacific Commands during the Clinton and Bush Administrations. He has also worked in the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, the World Bank, and the United Nations. An Alumnus of Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, Professor Mendis also teaches at Norwich University’s MA in Diplomacy program.
