Hi, My name is Chelsea Lesniak. I am a junior at Bloomington High School in San Bernardino County. I have maintained a 4.0 or better since I entered high school. I have played goalkeeper in competitive soccer since 2002. My current team is Real Santa Barbara U17 girls. My team is a gold bracket team in Coast Soccer. I currently have Zak Abdel as my Goalkeeper trainer for the past two years. He is currently the US Men’s Senior National Team goalkeeping Coach. He was goalkeeper coach for Chivas USA in the 2007/2008 season and trained Brad Guzon, the MLS Goalkeeper of the Year in 2008. Prior to that, he was the Goalkeeping coach with Galaxy for eight years. Prior to working with Zak, I trained with Steve Birshak for 4 years. He has served as Region IV ODP Boys Adminstrator for the past 5 years and was a Trainer Coach with Region IV ODP prior to that. I volunteer as an assistant coach for a Girls U14 team through Rialto Youth Soccer. I have also presented a plan to run a goalkeeper training session available to any interested goal keeper currently in Rialto Youth Soccer to a board member of that organization. I have been a member of National Honor Society. My plans are to attend a 4 year university in 2010. I have very strong work ethics. My grades are of utmost importance to me and I plan to maintain or improve my same GPA through out my high school career. I am very interested in your program. I feel that would be a valued addition to your team in the fall of 2010. If you will be looking to add a goalkeeper to your program I would like to be considered. My home games will be played at UCSB Storke Fields for the 2008 Coast Soccer Season. I would like visit with you during this season. If you could find the time I would appreciate it. Attached is a list of the contact information from the above mentioned trainers and my current and previous club coaches.
