Rx List: o Add search functionality, so that user can view the added medication and update/delete them (Done) (Searching and Addition Functionalities added) o Change look n feel (Done)

Patient Chart: • Provider Encounter: o The last encounter should be selected and it should be populated on the right white area, like a document as discussed for print screen (discussion required) o In new encounter when any radio is selected to +ve, and change the value of the description textfield and when focused out then the radio is automatically selected to –ve (not Done) o If new encounter is opened multiple times them the vitals are populated multiple times in the grid (Done) o While selecting dx, if we scroll the grid then the grid automatically hides (Done) o Cpt values are not shown according to the textfields (Done) o The family history should be comma separated and the row should be wordwrap (Not Done) o The family history should be save with the provider encounter and populate accordingly (Done) o In previous encounter all fields should be disabled Task: o When open chart is clicked and the signoff button is pressed then the encounter list of provider encounter is not refreshed. (Done) Rx Tab: o Rx text on the left window should be in center of the dropdown and text field (Done) o Arrow image should also be with the textfield (Done) o On arrow (adjacent to the dropdown/textfield) the prescription window should be open rather than clicking from the patient medication list (Done) o When clicking patient medication arrow button the medication should be added on the right panel (Done) o Prescription window should be changed according to the document 033009 –rx screen.doc (Done) o The header of the prescript should be same as given in the same document (Done)
