1) Tender schedule will be issued From 02 -12-2009 to 15- 12-2009 on any working day during office hours i.e. from 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM 2) Last date for receipt of trender schedule : Upto 15:00 Hrs.on 16 -12 -09 3) Date of opening of sealed tenders: :At 16:00 Hrs.on 16 -12 -09 4) The APCPDCL is not responsible for any delay (or ) non-receipt of tender schedule sent by post. 5) The cost of tender schedule will not be refunded under any circumstances. 6) The cost of tender schedule shall be paid in the form of separate DD drawn in favour of A.O.(Expr)/CO/APCPDCL/Anantapur for each Tender shedule. 7) If the date of opening of tenders happens to be a holiday the same will be opened on the next working day. 8) The CPDCL reserves the right to reject any (or) all the tenders with out assigning any reasons there of.
