Introduction: Celebrate Life Christian Church (CLCC) is a non-denominational church located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The church currently holds three services per weekend, plus several activities throughout the week. It is a growing, diverse congregation, led by head pastor Steve Taylor and assistant pastor Andrew Fulton. The church is currently located in the Oregon Pike Business Center, which is on Oregon Pike, north of Lancaster City; however, CLCC hopes to be in a new building, which will be just a few miles down the road, by spring 2010.

Situational Analysis Celebrate Life Christian Church currently holds three services – one on Saturday evening at 6 PM, which averages about 50 people, one on Sunday morning at 9 AM, which averages about 80-90 people, and another one on Sunday at 10:30 AM, which averages about 90-100 people. The church would like to increase overall attendance, as well as retain guests, eventually making them partners in the church. CLCC would primarily like to concentrate on increasing and retaining attendance in the 18-29 demographic, because it is the least represented in their congregation. The church would like to create programs that appeal to this demographic, as well as partner with local universities to bring CLCC’s message and mission to their campus.

Campaign Goals 1. To increase overall attendance at Celebrate Life Christian Church by 25% by June 30, 2010. 2. To increase community awareness and increase interest in Celebrate Life Christian Church. 3. To increase attendance and retention in the age 18-29 demographic.
