Cecilia Wigley

Cecilia Wigley Cecilia has been with NASA for over 18 years and has a broad range of experience in all aspect of manned spaceflight payloads. She was the System Safety and Mission Assurance Manager for numerous Spacelab, midddeckand MIR payloads. For the Space Station Biological Research Project Cecilia was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hardware verification and validation process for NASA, contractor and International Partner developed hardware. Cecilia was the Payload Manager for the FIT payload whichflew on STS-121. She is currently the Branch Chief for the Flight Systems Implementation Branch (Code SCF). Code SCF personnel provide engineering and flight payload management support to Shuttle and International Space Station payloads.
