CCM CREW CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAW CONSTITUTION ARTICLE I:
NAME AND DOMICLE
Section 1:
The organization shall be officially known as CCM CREW, there after be referred as a club.
Section 2:
The club will have its principal office and address at City College of Manila, Palma St. Cor. Arroceros, Manila
ARTICLE II:
GOAL AND OBJECTIVES
Section 1:
The CCM CREW seeks to promote a sense of belongingness through wholesome dance acivities.
Section 2:
It is also aims to promote good camaraderie and brotherhood among its member through dancing.
Section 3:
To develop a well-rounded individual physically, mentally and spiritually through dance principles and unless being.
ARTICLE III:
MEMBERSHIP
Section 1:
Membership is open to all students enrolled at City College of Manila.
Section 2:
All applicants to the CCM CREW shall be asked to furnish the organization with vital personal information such as applicant's full name, address, contact numbers and names of person/ guardian to be notified in case of emergency.
Section 3:
No fees to be collected to any individual who aspire to join
the CCM CREW.
ARTICLE IV:
RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGE OF MEMBERS
Section 1:
Every member shall have a full deliberative rights on all aspects concerning the club.
Section 2:
Every member shall have the access to the documents of the club which include minutes of meeting, decision and hand-out.
Section 3:
Every member has the right to ask for further explanation to any decision implemented beyond the provision of this constitution.
Section 4:
The members shall not hold the club and their officers responsible for accidents control but an insurance will be provided.
BY - LAWS ARTICLE V:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS
Section 1:
It shall be the duty of every member to uphold this costitution.
Section 2:
It shall be the duty of every member to abide by decisions made by the club and participate in its activities.
Section 3:
It shall be the duty of every member to exercise his rights and obligations with due regard for the rights of others.
Section 4:
It shall be the duty of every member to participate and vote on some selected issue presented to the body.
Section 5:
It shall be the duty of every member to participate and contribute to any geared towards the goal and objectives of the club as set herein by this constitution.
ARTICLE VI:
THE COORDINATING BOARD
Section 1:
The executive powers shall be vested upon the coordinating board of the club which shall be composed of: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Section 2:
The coordinating board shall make the policies and coordinate the activities of the club with respect to the choreographer, trainor and advisers.
ARTICLE VII:
OFFICERS
Section 1:
The officers of the association shall be as follows: A. President B. Vice-President C. Secretary D. Treasurer
ARTICLE VIII: Section 1:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF OFFICERS THE PRESIDENT > The President shall presides over the meetings of the Coordinating Board and General Assembly. > The President shall serve as the Chief Executive and Overall Coordinator of the club. > The President shall accept the resignation of the officers upon approval of the Coordinating Board. > The President shall work to promote and maintain the morale and general welfare of the members of the organization. > The President shall concern for every competitions, school programs, and outside school invitation events.
Section 2:
THE VICE-PRESIDENT > The Vice-President shall assist the President and shall render him advice in the matters pertaining to administration. > The Vice-President shall assume the responsibilities of
the President in case the latter's absence or inability to function. The Vice-President shall serve the unexpired portion of the term as resignation or permanent disability to function. The Vice-President shall accept registration of the President upon approval of the Coordinating Board. > The Vice-President for the administration shall perform such function as may be required by the President. Section 3:
THE SECRETARY > The Secretary shall keep the records of the club especially competitions and events joined. > The Secretary shall take down the attendance and minutes of the meeting of the club. > The Secretary shall perform such other functions as may be required by the President.
Section 4:
THE TREASURER > The Treasurer advice the President in matters pertaining to finance. > The Treasurer shall take charge of safekeeping, accounting and disbursement of funds if there are any allowance and prizes of any events and joined competitions. > The Treasurer shall perform such other functions as may be required by the President.
ARTICLE IX:
QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS
Section 1:
Officers must have been registered and active members of the club for at least one school year.
ARTICLE X:
FINANCE
Section 1:
All disbursement and reimbursement must be itemized and provided with receipts.
Section 2:
All expenses for every competition and events must be provided with receipts.
Section 3:
All non-operational expenses such as donations shall be
made upon approval of a two-third (2/3) majority of the body. Section 4:
Since no fees to be collected, for every competitions and events will be joining, allowance, prizes for every winning and consolation prizes to be given should be kept by the treasurer for fund and provided with receipts.
ARTICLE XI:
IMPEACHMENT
Section 1:
An officers may be impeached if 50% of the members of the club call for the vote of confidence.
Section 2:
A member may be impeached if 50% of the members or half the designated officers vote of confidence.
Section 3:
A vote of confidence is taken within one week after such a motion is made. Failure of the officer to obtain if confidences equal to or at least two third (2/3) of the registered members of the club constitute impeachments.
ARTICLE XII:
ELECTIONS
Section 1:
Elections shall be conducted during the General Assembly called for such a purpose. Election shall be conducted one after the start of the school year.
Section 2:
Members of at least one year of residence shall be eligible for candidacy.
ARTICLE XIII:
SUSPENSION AND EXPULSION FROM THE CLUB
Section 1:
Any members of the club found to have violated the rules and regulations, and by-laws of the club will be subject for suspension or expulsion depending on the Coordinating Board.
Section 2:
Members that are already graduated in this institution has the privilege to assist or continue their duties for the improvement of the organization.
ARTICLE XIV:
AMENDMENT
Section 1:
Any payment to this club may be proposed by any register member of the club, passage of the proposed amendments shall require the concurrence of at least two-third (2/3) of the
registered member of the club. ARTICLE XV:
EFFECTIVITY
Section 1:
This constitution and by-laws shall take upon ratification and approval of the body. Ratified and unanimously approved by the CCM CREW elected officers and member APPROVED.
