What is the Constitution?
The Constitution is one of the founding documents of our country.
It is an agreement.
It is the instruction manual on how our servant government shall operate.
It is also a rule book which limits governmental powers.

So what did the Founders do when they were being oppressed by a tyrannical government?
THEY ORGANIZED!
They gathered to discuss their issues with the crown...
They petitioned King George for 11 years.
Receiving no answers to their petitions, the morale of the colonists grew more uneasy.
They became increasingly FRUSTRATED!
Their “repeated Petitions… (were) answered only by repeated injury.“ -Declaration of Independence

The Grand Jury is the most powerful force in our country.
The Grand Jury hears evidence presented by the prosecutor and decides if there exists reasonable suspicion and probable cause for the trial to continue.
The Grand Jury can indict anyone, even the President!
In most jurisdictions, the use of a Grand Jury has been abolished and replaced with preliminary hearings decided by a Judge.
The Sheriff used to call the Grand Jury.

The States CREATED the Federal Government.
The Federal Government SERVES at the pleasure of the States.
The States are more powerful and have jurisdiction over the Federal Government.

In other words the Founders were saying: If we didn’t mention anything in the Constitution/Bill of Rights, the Federal Government may NOT proceed.

VIOLATION: Taxation Clause Direct taxation on labor is unconstitutional. Constitutional taxes must be indirect. Constitutional taxation must be indirect and allow a choice. Allows tax boycotts. You trade your time (labor) for payment, taxing your time is not a right of the Govt. 16th Amendment was never properly ratified.
In 1909 there were 48 States. It required 75% or 36 States to ratify an amendment.
After hearing back from only 42 States, Secretary of State Knox (Taft) declared it ratified. Four of the 42 had rejected it: Utah, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
Let’s look further into these other States Kentucky’s version omitted the words “on income.” Oklahoma’s legislators changed the words so it was virtually opposite to the original version. Tennessee’s constitution prohibited the state legislature from acting on any proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution sent by Congress until after the next election of state legislators.
Texas and Louisiana violated provisions in their state constitutions prohibiting the legislatures from empowering the federal government with any additional taxing authority. Twelve other states (besides Tennessee) violated provisions in their constitutions requiring that a bill be read on three different days before voting on it. States violating this procedure were: Mississippi, Ohio, Arkansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, West Virginia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Colorado, and Illinois.
It was required that the documents, including the resolution that was actually approved, be properly certified, signed, and sealed by the appropriate officials. The most egregious offenders were Ohio, California, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Minnesota. Which means only as few as 4 and at the most 20 States ratified the 16th Amendment. The IRS was formed by the Federal Government ulta vires - without power and not authorized.
VIOLATION: Money Clause Establishment of a private, centralized bank (Federal Reserve), bailouts and “stimulus” bills are all unconstitutional. Constitutional money must be backed by precious metals (i.e. gold, silver).

The Grand Jury is the most powerful force in our country.
The Grand Jury hears evidence presented by the prosecutor and decides if there exists reasonable suspicion and probable cause for the trial to continue.

The 2nd Amendment is quite obvious. “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

VIOLATION: Taxation Clause Direct taxation on labor is unconstitutional. Constitutional taxes must be indirect. Constitutional taxation must be indirect and allow a choice. Allows tax boycotts. You trade your time (labor) for payment, taxing your time is not a right of the Govt. 16th Amendment was never properly ratified.
In 1909 there were 48 States. It required 75% or 36 States to ratify an amendment.
After hearing back from only 42 States, Secretary of State Knox (Taft) declared it ratified. Four of the 42 had rejected it: Utah, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
Let’s look further into these other States Kentucky’s version omitted the words “on income.” Oklahoma’s legislators changed the words so it was virtually opposite to the original version. Tennessee’s constitution prohibited the state legislature from acting on any proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution sent by Congress until after the next election of state legislators.
Texas and Louisiana violated provisions in their state constitutions prohibiting the legislatures from empowering the federal government with any additional taxing authority. Twelve other states (besides Tennessee) violated provisions in their constitutions requiring that a bill be read on three different days before voting on it. States violating this procedure were: Mississippi, Ohio, Arkansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, West Virginia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Colorado, and Illinois.
It was required that the documents, including the resolution that was actually approved, be properly certified, signed, and sealed by the appropriate officials. The most egregious offenders were Ohio, California, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Minnesota. Which means only as few as 4 and at the most 20 States ratified the 16th Amendment. The IRS was formed by the Federal Government ulta vires - without power and not authorized.
VIOLATION: Money Clause Establishment of a private, centralized bank (Federal Reserve), bailouts and “stimulus” bills are all unconstitutional. Constitutional money must be backed by precious metals (i.e. gold, silver).
